He has extensive experience in local government, having held key roles in City Administration that contributed to policy development and implementation. Committed to public service, Chris works closely with stakeholders to address the needs of Houston’s diverse communities and ensure responsive leadership. In his role as Chief of Staff, he plays a crucial part in shaping the city’s strategic direction and promoting initiatives that enhance the quality of life and economic prosperity for all residents.

Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Rice University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Houston.
